Sunday Treats!

Hey everyone ive been really busy again today but have done some baking :) as my skin is still playing up I thought id show you how I made these chocolate biscuits :) firstly I apologise that the picture is so dark (they aren't burnt) my kitchen lights are not the best!

I used:

- 100g muscavado sugar
- 220g self raising flour
- 220g butter
- 4tbs cocoa powder
- 8 segments of dairy milk chocolate

1. Preheat the oven to 190oc and grease a baking tray (you may need 2)

2. Cream sugar and butter together

3. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder

4. Bring together with your hands until you have a dough ball

5. Separate the dough rolling small balls and placing them on the baking trays, I make about 22

6. With the back of a tea spoon slightly press each ball slightly

7. Chop the dairy milk chocolate into chunks and softly press little pieces onto the top of each dough ball

8. Bake for 10-15 mins then leave to cool

So these are my easy to make biscuits hope you liked a bit of a different post today!
