Gold Toned Prom Makeup!

Hey everyone another prom inspired look today. This makeup is more warm toned using bronze and gold shades which I think will go with most colours so I hope you like it!

Face:
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation
MAC ProLongwear Concealer
MAC Prep and Prime Highlighter in Light Boost
Urban Decay Concealer Pencil in M16
Rimmel Translucent Pressed Powder
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
NYX Blush in Peach
BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl

I started by applying the foundation all over the face with a beauty blender sponge. I then applied the concealer under the eyes, chin and forehead to conceal and highlight, I also used the MAC prep and prime over the same areas as the concealer on its own is a little bright for me. I set the under eyes only with the pressed powder. I used the Urban Decay concealer pencil to contour the cheekbones and around the forehead then blended it out with a fluffy brush. I used the hoola bronzer by benefit over this area and blended, this not only sets the concealer pencil but by blending upwards ads warmth to the face. I finished with the NYX blusher on the apples of the cheeks then the liquid highlighter on the tops of the cheeks and anywhere else I want to catch the light.

Eyes:
Illamasqua Brow Cake in Thunder
Anastasia Beverly Hills tinted Brow Gel in Brunette
No7 Eye Shadow in True Gold
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
NYX Bronze Toned Eye Shadow (not named)
Maybelline Black Gel Eyeliner
Benefit They're Real Mascara
Ardell Demi Wispies
MAC Eye Kohl in Teddy

I started my going through my brows with the brow cake and set with the brow gel. To start the eyes I applied the bronzer all through the crease and blended out. I then used the eye shadow from no7 in the very inner corner of the eye and the inner part of the eyelid. This really makes the eyes pop and appear brighter. I then used my black gel eyeliner to line the top lash line ending in a large wing. For the under eyes I used the nyx bronze toned eye shadow all along the lower lash line and buffed it out. I used the brown eye pencil in the water line then applied mascara to the top and bottom lashes. I applied more mascara to the bottom lashes than usual as I wanted them to stand out more against the bronze shadow. To finish I applied my Ardell false lashes.

Lips:
Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate Moss in 16
Tanya Burr Lip Gloss in Afternoon Tea

I used the lipstick all over then used the lip gloss in the centre of the lips to make them pop.

So there is my latest prom look for you, its really easy to do too so I hope you try it out. Let me no what you think
