Pink Prom Makeup!

Hey everyone I'm back for another prom makeup today I hope you are enjoying them so far. This one today is one of y favourites so far as its really easy and simple but very effective. Pink is the perfect colour for prom so I have chosen that as my statement lip for today. Hope You like it!

Face:

MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation
MAC Prolongwear concealer
No7 Translucent Loose Powder
Urban Decay Concealer Pencil in M16
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
Clinique illuminating Cheek Colour I Soft Peach
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle

I started my applying my foundation all over then concealing the under eyes and highlighting them with the concealer. I also used this to highlight the nose, forehead and chin. I then set the highlighted areas only with the loose powder to avoid creasing. I used the Urban Decay concealer pencil to contour the cheeks and around the forehead and jaw, then blended with a Real Techniques contour brush. I used the benefit bronzer over the cheeks and around the face to further blend the contour and to add warmth. I finished by applying my blusher to the cheeks and my highlighter to any areas that will naturally catch the light.

Eyes:
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil
Anastasia Beverly Hills Tinted Brow Gel in Brunette
MAC Prolongwear Concealer
Maybelline Black Gel Liner
Benefit They're Real Mascara
The Vintage Cosmetics Company False Lashes in Nancy

I started by filling in my brows and setting them, I just neatened the shape and darkened them slightly. I primed the eyes with the concealer just to hide any veins and create an even base. I used the Benefit hoola bronzer in the crease just to add a little definition and tie it into the rest of the face. I then used the Maybelline gel liner to line the top lash line and create a long wing. To finish I used the mascara to the top and bottom lashes and applied my false lashes.

Lips:
Illamasqua Lip Pencil in Temptress
MAC RiRi Lipstick in Pleasure Bomb
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk

I lined the lips first with the lip pencil then applied the lipstick all over. I then applied the white pencil to the centre of the lips only and blended together. I neatened them up with a little concealer and a Real Techniques detailer brush.

So that is my latest prom look, let me know what you think!

  10. The Concealer Palette is a must!! for dark circles or blemishes apply after foundation or tinted moisturiser for the best results. In photos too much shine looks sweaty, even if you want a dewy look keep your t-zone mat. Competently sweep a little Universal Yellow Powder over your t-zone. Makeup
