Halloween Half Skull Makeup

Welcome back to Halloween week, here is my second look of the week! It wouldn't be Halloween without including a spooky skull, so I created this half skull makeup look for you and I hope you like it.

Face - Top Half:
L'Oreal True Match Foundation
Urban Decay Naked Concealer
Rimmel Pressed Setting Powder
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz
Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette
Maybelline Gel Eyeliner Black
Urban Decay Eye Pencil in Demolition
Maybelline The Falsies Macara
Velour Lashes in Winging

I applied the top half of my makeup as usual with my foundation and concealer then set with powder. I filled in my brows then I wanted quite a grungy smokey eye so I used the crandberry shade out of the palette all over the lid then black shades in the outer corners and lower lash line. I lined the top lash line ending in a large wing then used the pencil for the lower lash line. I applied some of the crandberry shade just to the centre of the lower lash line to make them stand out a little more then finished with mascara and lashes.

Half Skull:
Creme Face Paint white
Creme Face Paint Black
White Eyeshadow
Black Eyeshadow
Black Gel Eyeliner

- I started by sectioning off the half skull shape then filling it all in white with the paint.

- Next I used the Black paint to draw in the nose, the line for the mouth and the hollows of the cheeks.

- Once I had the rough shape of the skull I set the white area with a little white shadow.

- I used the gel eyeliner to draw in the teeth and the paint to fill in the hollows of the cheeks up to near where the teeth end.

- Now For shading, I started by shading the teeth with the black shadow to add more of a 3D effect and add more definition. I also shaded the paint out from the hollows of the cheeks into where the meet the teeth.

- I lined the edges of the of the skull with some eyeliner and also drew in some cracks on the chin.

- To finish I shaded around the jaw and chin, and also added some shading under the eye socket for more definition.

I hope you like my half skull makeup!
