5 Tips For Acheiving A No-Makeup Makeup Look!

Makeup

Although I do love my full face glam, for every day makeup I like to go really natural, almost as if I am not wearing anything at all. Here are a few tips to achieve that no-makeup makeup look!

1. Moisturise - Prepping the skin with a nice moisturiser helps your skin look its best and feel hydrated and plumped up all day.

2. Use a sheer base - Try a tinted moisturiser or a very sheer foundation. For a no-makeup makeup we don't want full coverage, we only want to even out the skin tone and cover little imperfections.

3. Use cream products - cream products look a lot more natural than powders.

4. Skip mascara - I find brushing through the lashes and giving them a good curl is really effective and more comfortable than wearing lots of mascara.

5. Finish the look with a lip balm or sheer lip gloss for naturally looking luscious lips.

  3. Love using the BB to sheer out my foundations! I also agree on the mascara-skipping tip, that's something I tend to forego when I'm in a rush. Not sure if I'm lucky or lazy, but I've never used an eyelash curler, and my eyelashes don't seem to need one! Maybe I just don't know what I'm missing. :)

  6. Great suggestions! I love my IT Cosmetics CC cream, it has plenty of coverage, but is also good for skin. I definitely need an under eye concealer too. :)
