Am I the only one who can't believe it is March already? This is my first favourites post of the year, as I did a yearly round up of all my most loved products of 2015, I though It may be too soon to write a favourites post in January. I have tried lots of new products this past month therefore choosing products I have loved using was pretty easy this time.
Apple MacBook Air - So my absolute favourite not only for this month but since the start of the year has to be my MacBook Air. My boyfriend surprised me with this at Christmas and I could not be more lucky. For years I have wanted a laptop for my very own not only for my blog but for work purposes also. I found a Mac very strange to use at first however I am learning more every day and really enjoying it. I love that I can make simple edits to my photos very easily and it is also playing a massive role now I have started my YouTube channel to edit my makeup tutorials.
Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 Cranberry - Lip balms are a huge must have for me, Im not sure if I would dare count all the balms I have collected, I hoard them everywhere from my makeup bag, vanity table, draws, handbags and the list goes on... however this has become my ultimate favourite lip balm. It comes in a squeeze tube which I really like plus the cranberry scent and taste is amazing. This lip balm is so hydrating it leaves my lips very soft and moisturised all day. I also love the finish, it leaves a beautiful sheer gloss effect on the lips however it is not sticky at all this is very light weight and comfortable. The lip balm is the first I have tried from Keihl's skincare and I am really impressed.
Maybelline Brow Drama - Such a nice brow mascara and very good quality for money. I use this almost every day and right now I could not be without it. This is a mascara for your brows adding pigment to the hairs as you brush them through and set them in place. I used to use the Benefit Gimme Brow however I could not justify spending that much money after trying and loving this. I use it to set my brows in place after I have filled them in with pencil and the hairs do not move all day. I will also use the brow drama on no-makeup days just to add a little definition to the brows, It adds a little colour which makes them look fuller and also keeps them in a nice shape too.
Makeup Geek Eyeshadows - I wrote a post recently about my Makeup Geek haul which you can read here. To be honest I did not no what to expect, yes I had seen raving reviews about them however I thought, can they really be that good for the price? Well I was amazingly surprised, I have used these countless times since purchasing them and can honestly say they are the best eyeshadows I have ever tried. Extremely pigmented and easy to blend these eyeshadows can definitely give high end brands a run for their money. For such a small price these are incredible and I can't wait to buy more.
Liz Earle Botanical Shine Nourishing Hair Oil - You may have seen I recently went to the opening of a new Liz Earle counter in my local area which was lovely, you can see how I got on here. Of course being a new brand I had never tried I had to purchase a few products to test out, among the list of products I brought was this hair oil. To cut a long story short I have been struggling quite badly with the condition of my hair and having long very thick hair it wasn't looking great. I have used this after every wash applying one pump from the mid-lenghts to the ends and it has made an incredible difference. My hair feels so soft and the ends especially look a whole lot better and hydrated. I have never tried a hair oil before which is why I chose it and Botanical Shine has really helped my hair. It looks in much better condition now plus you also get 50ml which will last me such a long time.
I hope you like my February favourites, don't forget to share your below too!
